Job Details- 3+ years patent prosecution experience
- Strong familiarity with USPTO filing procedures
- Experience managing dockets and patent portfolios
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment
- Draft, proof, and finalize patent applications and prosecution filings
- Handle USPTO electronic filings, submissions, and formalities
- Manage patent portfolios and track applications through the full prosecution cycle
- Monitor and maintain docket deadlines and proactively update attorneys
- Prepare IDS filings and prosecution-related documents
- Coordinate foreign filings, drawings, and certified copies as needed
- Communicate directly with clients on deadlines, updates, and status reporting
- Assist with office action responses and related research
- Partner closely with docketing to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
