Job DetailsThe ideal candidate will be a proactive and client-focused attorney with a passion for community association law. Key qualifications include:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Massachusetts
- 2+years of experience in condominium or HOA law, real estate law, or related practice areas
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and interact confidently with boards, managers, and other stakeholders
- Experience with governing documents, enforcement actions, collections, and dispute resolution is a plus
