Job DetailsYou'll manage an active caseload of employment-based immigration matters across a diverse employer client base — serving as primary point of contact for employer clients and HR stakeholders across six continents.
- Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions
- Prepare PERM labor certification filings
- Draft and review I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications
- Draft petitions, support letters, and legal briefs to a high standard of precision
- Manage simultaneous deadlines across multiple active matters
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case progression
Looking for:
- J.D. and bar admission in any U.S. state
- 1.5+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Familiarity with any of the following welcomed:
- H-1B / L-1 / O-1 / TN nonimmigrant visa petitions
- PERM Labor Certification
- I-140 Immigrant Petitions
- Adjustment of Status
- Consular Processing
- Global Work Authorization
- Employer Compliance
