Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in surgery and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients while supporting a collaborative and positive team environment.

Full-Time position with flexible scheduling options and availability need Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
What You'll Do : - Manage surgical caseloads, including preparation, assisting, and recovery
- Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and maintenance with a strong focus on patient safety
- Perform dental prophylaxis and take dental radiographs
- Collect diagnostic samples, including cystocentesis, and perform laboratory work such as microscope evaluation
- Maintain accurate medical records and support efficient hospital workflow
Full-Time Benefits and Compensation ** - Compensation: $22-$24/hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus Package: $2,000
- CE Allowance: $500 for first year & $1000 every year following

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set : - LVT License in the State of Texas required
- Strong surgical and anesthesia experience is required
- Proficiency in dental procedures and radiography
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
