Job DetailsAre you ready to lead complex projects and make an impact? We’re looking for a seasoned professional to oversee mechanical and electrical systems—including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and fire protection—on large-scale construction projects. This role is perfect for a Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving challenges on the fly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years as a superintendent and 6+ years in MEP construction (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in Data Centers and/or Healthcare construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
- Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and BIM coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Leadership skills with flexibility for 50–100% national travel.
