Job DetailsRequirements:
- 10+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing data center or mission-critical projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of MEP systems, UPS, BMS, CRAC/CRAH units, generators, and switchgear installations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractor coordination and hold teams accountable to project goals.
- Proficiency with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, BIM 360).
- OSHA 30 and current First Aid/CPR certifications required.
