Job Details
Oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout (cradle to grave) Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope for projects averaging $8M–$30M Serve as primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Lead project buyout, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration Coordinate with superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans and timelines Track and manage project financials, including pay applications, change orders, and cost forecasting Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local building codes Conduct regular owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and provide progress reporting Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the construction lifecycle Mentor assistant project managers and support project team development
