We are currently on the search for a mid level Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our team! In this position you will have a strong focus on commercial leasing and datacenter transactions (representing hyperscalers).
Responsibilities of this position will include; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs.

Job DetailsAs a Real Estate Attorney on our team, we are looking for the following experience:
- JD from accredited law school
- Admitted to Texas State Bar and in good standing
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate transactions (if you have experience in datacenter/hyperscaler transactions that is a big plus!)
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, complex leases and SLAs, performing diligence, and handling ancillary agreements such as SNDAs
