  • The End User Compute Domain refers to the area within Information Technology that focuses on engineering, management, and support of the hardware and software utilized by our team members for their daily job functions and for being more productive. This domain encompasses all productivity tool capabilities as well as end-user devices. This includes all telephony functions (Unified Communications), Audio Visual (meeting room experience), Desktop & Printer engineering, surveillance systems, as well as Productivity and collaboration tools (Email, Teams, SharePoint, Onedrive, etc.).

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain engineering specifications for end-user devices, applications, and enterprise systems.
  • Define technical vision and strategic roadmaps; evaluate and recommend emerging technologies aligned to business needs.
  • Lead root cause analysis and proactively identify risks, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Design, implement, test, and support end-user productivity platforms and hardware across the full product lifecycle.
  • Engineer and support enterprise collaboration and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, email security, voice, and unified communications).
  • Implement and manage voice and communication solutions, including VoIP, SIP, Cisco UC (e.g., CUCM), and Microsoft Teams integrations.
  • Design and support enterprise audio-visual and video management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Provide advanced technical support across Windows, Mac OS, and cloud-based platforms, resolving complex issues and ensuring high user satisfaction.
  • Apply SDLC and Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver technology solutions efficiently and effectively.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 9+ years of experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting large-scale solutions in production environments

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of technical or team leadership experience.  
  • 2+ years’ experience in DevOps deployment process
  • 2+ years’ experience in Agile methodology
  • Airline Industry experience 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Background in Enterprise Solutions engineering. Command of software/hardware architecture and design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
  • Advanced skills in network troubleshooting and configuration: Troubleshoot and configure network settings to support audio-visual systems, including familiarity with AVB (Audio Video Bridging), DANTE (Digital Audio Network Through Ethernet), and JPEG 2K video streaming technologies. Strong knowledge of video transport protocols and compression technologies
  • Proficiency in scripting, automation, development and developer tools (E.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Git/Github, VSCode, C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript,).
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking principles, and security protocols (TLS, SSL).  
  • Hands-on experience with code repositories such as Azure ADO and Github platform.  
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Services, and other cloud services.  
  • Relevant CompTIA (Network+, Server+, Security+) or Microsoft Certification.
  • Advanced level understanding of email protocols (SMTP, IMAP, POP3) and email security technologies (DLP, anti-phishing solutions, encryption methods).
  • Knowledge of DNS records relevant to email configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Advanced level Technical Support for Voice Systems, CUCM, Unity, MRA, and RedSky E911, Microsoft Teams Phone System.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and Power Platform for custom integrations.
  • Experience in live streaming events and IPTV systems: Manage and deliver high-quality live streaming services and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) systems for events, ensuring seamless and reliable broadcasting.
  • Microsoft Certifications a plus:   Azure Administrator Associate, Power Automate RPA Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer Associate
