Job Details
The PIC will lead regulatory, operational, and clinical pharmacy functions during startup and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as PIC under Texas regulations
Ensure compliance (state, federal, DEA, ACHC/URAC)
Build pharmacy workflows (intake ? dispense)
Manage high-cost biologic inventory
Support future sterile compounding expansion
Lead staff and operational execution
Environment:
Startup build phase
Weekly Houston travel initially
Transition to DFW permanent site
