Full-Time position with a 4-day workweek. We are open Monday-Friday 1pm-10pm and 9am-7pm on Saturday & Sunday.
What You'll Do : - Mentor and train newer Veterinary Assistants, supporting their growth in technical skills and confidence
- Fully utilize your LVT license in a fast-paced, urgent, and emergency care environment
- Assist with and support advanced procedures, including orthopedics and other surgical cases
- Take an active role in shaping protocols, workflows, and team culture
- Contribute to building a positive, supportive, and engaged workplace from the ground up
Full-Time Benefits and Compensation ** - Compensation: $26-$30/hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus Package: $2,000, based on experience and licensure
- CE Allowance: $500 for first year & $1000 every year following

Minimum Qualifications & Skillset: - Active LVT license in the state of Texas (required)
- Strong technical skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence
- Interest in urgent care or emergency medicine (experience is a plus, but not required)
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow professionally
