Roles and Responsibilities: 
As an IT Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: 
- Providing technical support to end-users, ensuring swift resolution of issues. 
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems. 
- Assisting in network and server maintenance to ensure optimal performance. 
- Collaborating with team members to implement IT projects and upgrades. 
- Documenting technical processes and solutions for future reference. 
- Participating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices. 

Experience Level: 
- Preferred experience level is 1 to 3 years.
