We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Financial Analyst to join our growing team client. This role offers growth and an exciting opportunity to delve deep into the world of finance and make a significant contribution to our company's financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for numbers, and the ability to think critically and strategically.

Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in our financial planning and decision-making process. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing and processing incoming finance requests from an internal queue and shared inbox, ensuring all requests are handled promptly and accurately.
2. Preparing financing and leasing quotes for sales representatives across multiple locations, assisting them in making informed decisions that benefit both the company and the client.
3. Comparing financing options and interest rates from multiple lending sources to identify the most cost-effective and beneficial solutions.
4. Conducting detailed financial analysis to support senior management in the decision-making process.
5. Collaborating with various departments to gather data and streamline financial processes.
6. Identifying potential areas of improvement in our financial strategies and proposing innovative solutions.
7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and regulations to ensure our financial practices remain compliant and competitive.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (such as CFA or CPA) will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of at least 2-3 years in equipment finance, equipment leasing, commercial lending, or a related finance role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
4. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. A strong commitment to ethical practices and adherence to company policies and regulations.
