Key Responsibilities
- Own the service P&L for a large service organization, including revenue growth, gross margin, cost control, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Set regional service strategy and operating cadence (KPIs, capacity planning, utilization, on-time delivery, first-time-right quality), ensuring consistent execution across multiple job sites and customers.
- Lead commercial performance: develop service offerings, manage pricing/quoting discipline, drive contract renewals, and partner with Sales/Projects to win and expand aftermarket service revenue.
- Serve as executive point of contact for key accounts—owning customer success, managing escalations, and ensuring service levels meet or exceed contractual commitments.
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance (OSHA, NFPA 70E, client/site requirements), embedding a zero-incident culture and ensuring rigorous commissioning and test standards.
- Build and lead the team (service managers, lead technicians, engineers, and subcontractors): hiring, development, training, performance management, and succession planning; ensure technical depth across protection relays (SEL/ABB/Siemens/GE) and automation platforms (Allen-Bradley/Siemens/Schneider/Mitsubishi).

- 10+ years in power protection, control, automation, and field services, including 5+ years leading multi-site service teams and delivering results through frontline leaders.
- Strong technical credibility across protection relays (SEL, ABB, Siemens, GE), commissioning practices, and automation platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi) with ability to coach and set standards.
- Demonstrated business leadership: P&L ownership (or strong financial accountability), budgeting/forecasting, margin management, and KPI-driven operating rhythm.
- Proven track record in safety leadership, operational excellence, and customer-facing commercial execution (pricing, proposals, contract renewals, and escalation management).
