Job DetailsThe Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement will lead Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering initiatives across a high-volume manufacturing operation. This individual will be responsible for improving productivity, reducing operating costs, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout the facility. The role partners closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production leadership to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Non-Negotiables
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
- Demonstrated leadership of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement programs.
- Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven success leading Kaizen events and Lean initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor optimization and manufacturing metrics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional operational improvement projects.
- Willingness to work 100% onsite in Waller, Texas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Several years of progressive experience leading Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience leading Lean initiatives including:
- Kaizen Events
- Value Stream Mapping
- 5S
- Root Cause Analysis
- Standard Work
- Waste Elimination
- Experience improving labor utilization, productivity, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
