Job DetailsRequirements:
Deep experience with private placements and capital raising, including:
- Drafting/negotiating PPMs, subscription documents, and investor disclosure materials
- Structuring private and (where applicable) public raises
- Advising on securities compliance considerations and risk disclosures
- Ability to independently manage transactions, timelines, and client relationships
- Strong drafting and issue-spotting skills with a practical business mindset
- Jurisdictional bar flexibility depending on office; must be licensed and in good standing
- Small portable book welcome, not required
