Job Details**Litigation Associate Attorney**
We are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation practice handling complex business, real estate, banking and creditor matters in a collaborative, trial-driven environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage civil litigation matters from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
- Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and court filings with high attention to quality and deadlines
- Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy and client advisement
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and case management
**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor with active and good standing Texas bar license
- 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience in a law firm environment
- Experience with commercial litigation, real estate disputes, banking or creditor matters preferred
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining high work quality
- Professional communication skills and client-facing confidence
